Updated Modern Second Storey Extension with Actual photo..

Hi to all CGpips i just wanna share my previous work with the actual photo...

Its been a while since the last post...A renovation project in UVA.. with a small budget i try make two options one will be Sloping flat roof or Half gable roof which is lot cheaper by using only c-channel for rafter & purlins, the second option will be hip roof where a lot of framing is involve..

i got here two sets of images c&c are most welcome and appreciated....

done in Cad 2009, 3d max, vray & PS..

Ganda ng lighting mo bro..Aprub Nakasira lang kotse di bagay ang color, nakasira sa over-all look..yung sa right side po...rest is A-OK , I like the first option tipid pa:thumbs:

thanks bro.. i've got an idea to suggest first image kc roof alone can save a lot... maybe next time i'll try to use other car model thanks for passing by..

tama padi kc i've find the first option more economical in terms of roof profile anyway its my first option thanks for giving a choice hehehe... salamat sa pagdaan.

kahit alin dito sir pwedeng pwede.. parehong maganda ung design.. ganda ng treatment sa materials and lighting..

sir arkibons, astig yung mga images mo, i like the moods, and gusto ko design nang 2nd image, comment ko lang po, pansinin yung audi car entourage natin, nawala yung reflections, nagmukha syang cut and paste (photoshop) and hindi po sya nakablend sa scene. thanks for sharing sir.

ayon pade.. saktong sakto... lalong gumanda ang image... congratz hehehe... vray nice output na... pangmaster na hehehe...

mejo di pa ako kombonsido dami pa kaiangan matutunan pero from master point still many rom for improvement sana maging katulad ko kayo hehehe... thanks sa pointers..

Ganda ng rendering! Mukhang totoo! Galing nung pavement mo! Yung position lang ng audi na kotse, siguro mas ok kung mejo atras pa. Gusto ko yung first option mo. Ok yung design ng roofing. Pero the best yung mood ng third render. Good work!
