Updated Modern Second Storey Extension with Actual photo..

Hi to all CGpips i just wanna share my previous work with the actual photo...

Its been a while since the last post...A renovation project in UVA.. with a small budget i try make two options one will be Sloping flat roof or Half gable roof which is lot cheaper by using only c-channel for rafter & purlins, the second option will be hip roof where a lot of framing is involve..

i got here two sets of images c&c are most welcome and appreciated....

done in Cad 2009, 3d max, vray & PS..

very very nice Arch. Marlits B.. gusto ko yung dalawa,design at render ay panalo sa akin ( gin kakarit na gud )

nice lighting sir, just the too-green plants lang cguro sa first image, just make it abit darker or less yellow..

nice and cool rendering output bro,,,,kung pasok parin sa budget dun ako sa option2...

salamat sir pepot practice lang mejo mahina ang pc kaya i have to render it by portion to come-up better resolution si PS nalang nagtatahi... (natikasupo gadla ha iyo hehe)

yap i notice it when i uploaded on the net something to adjust on my monitor masyado nga bright yon green thanks bro.

thanks sir boks for passing by, originally this is a single storey house and the owner wants to add two bedroom as requirement from the expats who will rent this house, so we dicided to add second floor on top of the open garage and living room to lessen demolition work and try to preserve bedrooms at the right side. i try to lessen window openning at the left corner about 45 deg.facade where the west sun is directing. thanks sir boks

padi ayos na ayos na gawa mo ah...kawawa na talaga ang mga katulong ngayon kasi ang dami ng mga dahon na nakakalat sa tapat ng bahay ng mga amo///hehehe..

nice image...nice design....grabe kayo....ako 6 yrs na nagrerender, di ko pa rin magawa ganitong qaulity ng image..ako na talaga magpapaturo sa inyo....

padi kaw nga idol ko sympre humble talaga si masters mon... kayo i've a low version PC specs kaya nakakatamad magrender it takes 20mins. each section of the image in other to achieved more higher quality without crashing out my pc ginagawa ko by piece tapos si PS na bahala hehehe...salamat sa mga turo at comments mo master hope makuha ko na render technique nyo..
