Re: English Scaling help............
sir mukang scheme naman po, walang scale, hindi rin rpoportioned based sa measurements na nakalagay under sa names ng space/rooms. may nakalagay "used 1:70", cnu po nagsulat nun?,, base your measurements n lng po sa mga nakasulat, sure po akong hindi scaled ung drawing..
Re: English Scaling help............
sir scheme lang po yan...exam po namin yan kaya ganyan...eh ang sabi kasi fit to paper size sir kaya ang ginawa ko eh kinonvert ko sa metric kasi in mm yung titleblck namin...yung 1:70 sir is yung scale nyan if its ni metric system...sir alm nyu po ba kung ano ang equicalent nu 1:70 na yun in english system?anthony_als wrote:sir mukang scheme naman po, walang scale, hindi rin rpoportioned based sa measurements na nakalagay under sa names ng space/rooms. may nakalagay "used 1:70", cnu po nagsulat nun?,, base your measurements n lng po sa mga nakasulat, sure po akong hindi scaled ung drawing..

bro yung 1:70 is scale lang yan ng drawing..gagwin mo pa rin yung drawing in natural way na sukat..then scale mo ng 1:70 yung drawing sa paper size...1:70 is mas malaki kaysa 1:100

Re: English Scaling help............
ah, ok. magkaiba scaling ng metric at english, ang metric kc proportion by hundreds. ang english is kumbaga direct scaling, for example 1/4inch=1foot, ganyan nila iniscale. kaya if you draw a line mesuring 1/4 of an inch, in actual scale it will be equivalent to 1 foot. yung ang sa pagkakalam ko, base sa turo sa amin sa SLU. kuha nyo po explanation ko?

Re: English Scaling help............
alam ko na, kung may metric scale po kau ng 1:70, itapat nyo un mesurement ng 1 foot equivalent (which is .3metrs ba?)sa english ruler, for example lumabas is 3/4 of an inch ang magiging english convertion ng 1:70 is 3/4inch=1foot, ganyan po isulat ang english scale, hindi tulad ng metric na 1:100.
Re: English Scaling help............
opo, mbait sa grade sa kanya lng ako nakakuha ng line of 9, hehehe, sa CAD. dont wori, mkang tama ang cnabi ko kc cya ang nagturo ng english scaling sa amin. yan ung explanation nya sa amin.

Re: English Scaling help............
-you can change the unit for your convenience to architectural and start plotting the room dimension as provided. the dimension for the room is just a reference only, guide for room sizes. it may be a bit larger or a bit smaller. consider some utilities that might not fit on the room
-for dimensioning, takes kietsmark advice.
-scale 1:70 is for your viewport scale only
-heres what i came out for the image you have, it may or maybe that way depending on your professor instruction and requirements.
layout 1
layout2
as for layout 1 the open space is quite large and is not practically, so it was adjusted on layout 2, adjust the sizes if necessary anyway its just a studies, just nothing to do habang nagkakape.

Re: English Scaling help............
about sa scaling bro... you can try this... please correct me if i am wrong...
1. go to paperspace > TM enter then type "0" or click the layout button na lang hehehe
2. type "MS" enter >>> to activate modelspace in paperspace then type "Z" then enter >>> type 10/700xp then enter
3. the logic is... 10/10xp will give you 1:1 printout so 10/100xp is 1:10, 10/200 is 1:20, and so on...
i will check din ung working drawings ko sa bahay to confirm this... dati kasi english system ang gamit ko sa previous work ko... i hope makatulong...

Re: English Scaling help............
@ishae
yan na rin un bro...
in order for you to test kung tama ung scaling na binigay ko...
1. go to dimension style then enable mo ung display alternate units sa "alternate units tab"
2. create a rectangle muna say 5'x5' then plot mo by using 10/500xp (1:50) or kung ano ung gusto mo scale mo kung tama sa 1:50

to add.....just activate the viewport toolbar. pagcreate mo ng viewport sa paperspcae, makikita mo kaagad sa viewport toolbar kung anong scale ng viewport ang need mo..
