shutdown!!!!

ask ko po mga sir,,, kapag ngla2gay ako ng material sa scene at nagmomove ng objects biglang magshushutdown ung pc,,, kapag open recent ko ung file ko Error file na sya kahit ung previous file ko pero kapag nagrerender na dina man po ngshushutdown,,, ano po kaya ung problema sa pc po ba o sa 3dsmax software po?,,, ngreinstall ko naman lahat ng 3dsmax wala parin lagi parin nagshushutdown kapag nagsesettings nako.....

baka di kaya ung mat?hehhehe...anong mat ba gamit mo bro?mukhang matindi itong naencounter mo ha!saken ayaw lang magrender...

heheehe mga mat ko po sir dati lang po gamit ko ung previous mat ko po isang bahay lang po render ko new encounter sa akin po ito,,, mga 3 minutes or 4 mins. naka open ung max ko mgshushutdown po ung buong pc tapos restart ulit kahit wala pa mga mat ung 3d ko ganon din po,,, ngsubok po ako ng ibang small file ganon din po ngshushutdown po sya tapos masi2ra ung file ko error na sya kapag open recent na,,, kanina kc sa ofis may rush project kami di ko matapos tapos dahil dito di ko naibigay kay bossing tapos pinakita ko sa bos ko ung problem naniwala na sya na may problem ung max ko,,, un problema tuloy ito sa trabaho bukas ko na lng daw ibigay hay.... by the way salamat po ng marami sa reply sir jenaro...

try to use another pc bro,then observe kung ganun din mangyayari,paghindi pc prob nun for sure...

i also encountered this problem sir, max crashes...try loading up the Autobackup for ur file, w/c is usually saved in drive c, or in the project folder for ur max. then u have to do asset tracking to trace all the image(maps) file w/c u use for ur materials. or u can also try configuring user paths. in the customize bar, u can find conf. user path, then external files, then add all the image(maps) from their resp. folders. hope i can help u with this...goodluck!!!

wahehehehe, just put everything in place and well organize bro...max can find every image file as long as it is in ur PC drives...hehehe

try ko po sir,,, salamat po,,, may problem pako sir,,, ayaw napo magautobackup file dati meron naman ng tinignan ko ung autoback folder empty po sya,,,,

baka nga material ang problem..try mo munang magsimula sa bagong mat...baka kasi yung laman na image ng mat mo sir malaki...nahihirapan syang e-load.

sir tinry ko po magopen na small file na 3d na wala papo nakaapply ng material nagla2gay palang ako ng sun at camera ngshushutdown po sya,,, di po kaya power supply ung problem sir?,,, tinry ko din i install ung 3dsmax spi ganon din po shutdown nanaman,,,, sir maraming salamat sa inyong reply!!!

Baka board o di kaya yung video card ang may dipekto, dinaanan ko narin yan bro. ano ba specs mo.

wala pa ko UPS sir,, diba sir ginagamit yon as backup power po in case of brownout/walang kuryente...

laptop kaba sir??ganyan ako sa laptop,,,anu ba sir specs mo??

o baka yung mismong power supply ng PC ang may problem....di ka naman magkakaproblem sa UPS parekoy.....pwede din motherboard na rin ang problem...sir wag ka magalit ha, ilang taon na ba yung PC nyo?hehe....

sir, it means yung processor mu hindi nakadikit masyado sa heatsink ng processor mu. Napakabilis mag init ng processor, pag nagread na, magiinit then pagsobra sa init, magshushutdown yung PC. seconds lang yun
Ive encountered this same problem way back ago, 3Dmax gamit ko pati ibang games. nagshushutdown din. nung sinikipan ko yung heatsink sa processor, ayus na ayus na!. dapat talaga lapat na lapat yun. i remember my nilagay pa akong foil between heatsink and processor, di naman delikado basta tama pag kakalagay mu.
