3d max 9 sudden shutdown

Help po mga henyo, nagrerender po kasi ako biglang nagshut down siya pag magrerender na po siya, pero sa ibang file ko po pag i-render ko ok naman po. d ko po alam kung ano error. salamat po!

logic, sa ibang file ( as you said) ok naman, therefore ang problema eh iyong isang file na nirerender mo. maaring marami masyado ang polys, or mataas masyado ang settings. without any information, we could'nt tell, we can just guess. now for troubleshooting.

-recheck each material, maybe there some materials na masyadong malaki ang resolution, check also the subdivision

-recheck mo rin ang mga models mo, baka sobra taas ng polys, try to use vray proxy or optimize some models polygons

-check the settings, baka sobra din taas.

-try to merge it sa panibagong scene, sometimes it works

-these are just some, theres a lot more. memory issue, software issue, pluggins issue.

As sir Pabico says; LOGIC. Huwag po tayo matakot sa software na ginagamit natin. Wala pong magic dyan. Once we encounter problems with it, ANALYZE lang po. Bakit kaya nangyari ito? Bakit dun sa ibang files hinde. Hanapan natin ng solusyon. Once you get the hang of it makikita nyo di naman pala ganun kahirap.
