Basic Rendering (help)

)Mga masters post ko lang to about rendering sa sketchup via podium. Hingi lang po sana ko ng tulong on how to make my rendring much better. Me problem po kasi ko regarding texture and lighting...for example gusto ko ipakita yung sofa na soft sya at me texture hindi parang plane lang. Tska mag masters pano ko po gawing nakailaw yung lighting fixtures ko....for example yung lampshade nakailaw sya tapos yung room eh medyo dark kasi gabi.
Mga masters tutorilas and suggestions regarding these topics would be a great help for a beginner if rendering using podium.
