I am interested to study further about this subject matter. I am new to this and the Company I work for is giving me a 2-week deadline to produce nice 3D Scene. I just want to ask if someone can PM me a link in which I can download a PDF from.
I'm not lazy to look for it, but I have limited time and I might be wasting it looking for the wrong link.
Thank you very much!

first and foremost, DONT USE RED COLORED TEXT. It denotes that you are shouting and its hard to read

- there are many factors affecting para maging realistic ang rendering and its also depends on the render engine you are using. lights to illuminate the scene, materials to give life, plus the models. better study it one by one. meron namang help line ang 3dmax para maging stepping stone mo. Just try to look on it.
-sa no. 2 just make a trial and error sa lights. doon lang naman binabago. and also depende parin sa render engine mo.
