Architectural Thesis Title. Should I go for this??

okay, so here's my title:

"Casino Caviteño: The Adaptive Reuse of Cavite Provincial Capitol Converted into Casino-Hotel & Recreational Complex through the aid Sustainable Approach"

though it's my final title, i'm still uncertain (silly me, right?). Well, the thing is, I presented 3 titles to my adviser. The other two is this, "Sa Tubigan: A proposed Vertical Aquaponic Farming Facility" and "A proposed redevelopment of Island Cove Hotel & Leisure Park in Binakayan, Kawit, Cavite". Then she told me to choose among the 3. If it's the title you made so yourself, of course its hard to pick only one. So i ask her for suggestion. then she told me, "the casino". Followed by, "but the farming facility is also good". So then, one thing is for sure that came across my mind. Not to go with the redevelopment stuff. I dont know, maybe just because.

after a lot of thinking, i choose the casino. why? it's the first answer she gave me, and i thought it is what she wants to expect me to present/defend for the title defense. anyway, i just want some [further] advice so I could be more confident defending it as my thesis proposal. And maybe some pointers and tips
