* Same lang ng specs ang main PC mo sa servers mo?
* Check if the servers also have the same plugins that you are using.
* Also check if the servers can really access those resource paths.
* Try and check the Autodesk website if they have an update to backburner.

Just some of the things yo you can check in order to troubleshoot the problem.
I hope this helps Smile

I tried using back burner in a different model .. successful naman . dito lang ako nag ka problem sa ginagawa ko ngayon. nag crashed sya . maybe because core2quad lang processor ko?. and i'm trying atleast 3000 image size . i really don't understand that "server thing" kasi i just simply open the server , manager , monitor. and render it by a 'split scan line" .

im using only vray plugin sir. All resources naka path na. naka convert nadin lahat nang non-vray materials na nagamit sa mga objects.Help.

Try to render your model in a single pc. not using the bburner... then kapag nag crash pa rin. may be something wrong with the model. Just have a try.... goodluck !

maraming factor to consider kung bakit nag crush ang max sa back burner.

-baka mas mababa yung specs ng slave unit mo
-all textures should be located on the server (for slave and disdtributed rendering) for bitmap pagging.
-all image output or render output should be located on the server (for slave and disdtributed rendering)
-image size (output)
-polygon count in your model
-xref scene
