Back Burner Problem!

This is my first time here! help nyo naman po ako. kasi i want to use back burner to render my model. kaso my problem sa manager
if im trying to connect the monitor. it says cant connect to manager. help po.

what version of max you are using sir, kasi sa 3ds max 2010 ganyan din prob ko, sa 2012 works like a charm,

im using max 2011 eh.. sige try kong mag upgrade nang version.. we'll see.. thanks

might be a firewall problem, make sure you are connected to a network and you can see thru your local IPs... try to disable firewall and test it again.. monitor should see your IP address in order for it to work properly.
