End of Contract Question Empty End of Contract Question

Sorry for our moderator this nothing about 3d, sa mga kapwa ko OFW, my contract is coming to an end (2 years) my question is should I write a formal letter to HR about it or let the HR notify me ? Im afraid if I resign i will not get the benefits.

i think your HR should notify you kasi trabaho nila ata yan,dapat kang i inform nila na patapos na yung contract mo at kung i extend ka pa nila. kagaya yan dito sa amin. regarding your benefits, bakit di ibibigay sir kung mag resign? just wondering, kasi sa amin pag nag resign ka ibibigay yung gratuity, yung vacation allowance.

Hi sir Pedro. For me sir, it would be best if you also talk to your HR at least 1 or 2 months before your contract ends, but within that 2 months left you should be looking for a new job just to back you up... importante kasi na sigurado ka na may reserved move ka at di ka magulat sa kung anu man decision ng company mo sa yo... but if you are confident on your status in your company, you can talk to your boss and ask him/her if the company plans to keep you or extend your contract, from there you should get an idea on what they plan for you. I suggest sir, wag na kayo magresign kung mageend naman na, wait mo na lang din unless you found a new job already.

Check muyung contract mo kung anu naka stipulate dun re:benefits,termination,etc...may copy kaba ng contract?dapat meron....

Usually meron separation pay yan. pro hindi lahat ng contracts pareho, kaya meron variation yan and dapat mo talaga kausapin ang HR. Set an appointment rather that sending a letter. I'm sure mas madami ka pang maitatanong sa kanya.

And kung malapit na din naman matapos ang contract mo, why resign? Tapusin mo nalang para clear ang status mo sa job.
