Im bound to dubai po as draftsman(direct hire) do i need tell my employer that they must authenticate 
my employment contract in the dubai philippine emabssy or consulate? para po sa processing sa poea?

Sir, much better kung Authentic ang padalang Employment Contract ng Employer mo at yun talaga ang dapat,
para wala kang dapat ikabahala sa pagprocess ng documents mo sa POEA at madali ang pagpunta mo dito sa UAE.
Kung First time mong mag-abroad kailangan talaga ng dumahan sa POEA para sa PDOS-Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar.

hi sir ., i had experience working on this issue., share kulang po.
if may employment visa kana sa dubai isa sa requirements mo is contract.,
may sample form ung poea na contract scan mulang yun and send sa company mo dito sa dubai. pa fill up mo sa company mo dito sa dubai with their company stamp. then scan and send back sayo., ok na nun yun
