Holley House-A frame to Nature
First topic message reminder :
Hello everyone! Posting once again and first this year. The house was designed by H.Meyers Architects. The house was designed to be part of its site, incorporating wood, stone, and water to create a quite and restful retreat from the city. House construction planned for minimal site disturbance.House construction entailed demolition of one tree only. All other trees on site maintained during construction process, with full site protection barriers install to minimize site erosion or damage. All site topographies left untouched, except where site swales were required to accommodate site rain water run-off.
Hope you guys like it.Of course comments and suggestions are always and most welcome..Happy New Year everyone!

Re: Holley House-A frame to Nature
Salamat po sa mga replies..
@chobs-i attached some of them with each other and then scattered them together.I have to scatter some of them manually to look more natural and random and smoothly go with the terrain. I used random script as well to rotate and give some scale variation. I cant proxy them kse kailangan ko pang i paint yung tip direction. Its quite hard in a while but then finally i got something close to what im looking for..just close.hehehe..Not exactly what i want...Anyway thanks for droppin by.Hope i answered your questions..

Re: Holley House-A frame to Nature
i must say very different from your previous exteriors which were usually clean and sharp and full of contrast. to parang a bit gloomy. i dont know if its the concept you wanted to project or a personal style you wanted to share, nor a personal preference or artistic license or even inspiration from alex roman. the way is see it is something like picasso moving from pink period to blue period. the same artistic expression, yet differs in style. para sa akin parang mas prefer ko yung dati mong style.. i dont say its wrong or there is something wrong with this render, or there is something wrong with trying different stuff. its actually good. what i am trying to say is is just different from your visual signature... yung tatak arkchitectura....
Re: Holley House-A frame to Nature
Agree with sir Nomer, I think these renderings are very different from your previous visualizations. I was about to make a comment on the last image but I think you have deleted it already.
Great job sa grass!! Happy new year!!

Hi sir nomer- Thanks po sa reply. Maybe its just a personal preference. As you have noticed, the last 2 exteriors i did(this one and labyrinth house) are both in a place where theres a lot of trees and in isolated area,im just having this thoughts that i wanted it to look like weathered and not a newly constructed structure. I was soooo bored doing the same routine of renderings.I received a lot of comments and crits about it and thats all i really wanted at least people noticed it. I want to challenge myself to do difficult things to keep my appetite in doing 3ds. I know my renderings are really not good enough and i havent stablished my own rendering style yet but i will someday. I like to create something different but to be able to do that,i have to know first what others are doing when it comes to rendering so i can change my direction to do mine. 3D viz is huge, and i am just alloting 4-6 years(I hope) of my time. Eventually im getting out of this thats why im working hard as much as possible to do things and achieve something good..Ika nga nila, to get things done,do it now...
Well thanks sir nomer for dropping by and for the reply.. I really appreciate it.
Happy new Year sir and regards sa family nyo..
