Holley House-A frame to Nature
Hello everyone! Posting once again and first this year. The house was designed by H.Meyers Architects. The house was designed to be part of its site, incorporating wood, stone, and water to create a quite and restful retreat from the city. House construction planned for minimal site disturbance.House construction entailed demolition of one tree only. All other trees on site maintained during construction process, with full site protection barriers install to minimize site erosion or damage. All site topographies left untouched, except where site swales were required to accommodate site rain water run-off.
Hope you guys like it.Of course comments and suggestions are always and most welcome..Happy New Year everyone!

nice one....paano yung grass?
yung dalawang trees lang siguro na magkatabi, sa right side ng first image..parang, maybe a better looking tree would make it more awesome pa...

Re: Holley House-A frame to Nature
Thanks a lot everyone!!
The grass is made of 10 different strands then scattered on the terrain using advance painter then i used paint tool deformation to get my desired tip directions. Ganun lng po and then apply material.Medyo natagalan lng po ako sa paggawa cause medyo mahirap yung terrain and its hard to make it as random as possible.Well anyway glad that you guys like it. I will make some more test pag may time ulit.
@Sir ed-thanks sir ed sa suggestion. I will take a look at it.
@ckosio-thanks man!About the contest, not sure yet.Dami nmn na atang sumali na pinoy so i guess what i can do is to give them moral support!hehehe..Go Noypi! But i will try pag di ganong busy dito sa office..Thanks again..

Nice output Architektura. Question lang sa strands. You distributed the 10 different strands as individual object or proxy? Did you make sets of grass patches? Your work is an inspiration indeed.

Re: Holley House-A frame to Nature
Salamat po sa mga replies..
@chobs-i attached some of them with each other and then scattered them together.I have to scatter some of them manually to look more natural and random and smoothly go with the terrain. I used random script as well to rotate and give some scale variation. I cant proxy them kse kailangan ko pang i paint yung tip direction. Its quite hard in a while but then finally i got something close to what im looking for..just close.hehehe..Not exactly what i want...Anyway thanks for droppin by.Hope i answered your questions..
