1. saving camera scene

sa hypershot, sa sketchup, pwede ako magsave ng camera view... so kahit galawin ko ang camera (zoom, fov) pag punta ko sa view na sinave ko yun parin sya... sa max pwede rin ba ganito, i made some few tries including saving key sa animation pro no success. kasi kapag minove ko yung camera (fov) magiiba pati yung fov sa animation. so any comment po.

2. IES light
I have followed ronel (render master tutorial) duon sa IES but the light never showed up. im using vray physical camera.... any comment what might be the problem?

3. i have seen some her just using max camera, but some are using vray physical camera... ano sa palagay nyo ang mas magandang gamitin...

4. whenever im using vray sky, bakit nagiging sobrang white sya?

5. how can i have a render (the same viewport size) and the same na nakikita ko sa viewport ko?

6. fresnel reflection... (sa vray sU automatic naming ginagamit kapag may reflection layer) sa max parang it depends.. base sa inyong experience kailan pwedeng gamitin yung fresnel reflection at kailan hindi.

kahit pala parehong vray (su at max) andami ring difference... so yan muna... marami pang susunod hehehehe.

salamat po... Smile

3. i have seen some her just using max camera, but some are using vray physical camera... ano sa palagay nyo ang mas magandang gamitin...

Physical cam po is much better po pagdating po sa result and mas madaming control compared to standard cam tulad po ng built in exposure adjustment na prang slr camera na po talga. The only thing na disadvantage ng physical cam is longer rendering time.

4. whenever im using vray sky, bakit nagiging sobrang white sya?

Hmmm.

5. how can i have a render (the same viewport size) and the same na nakikita ko sa viewport ko?

6. fresnel reflection... (sa vray sU automatic naming ginagamit kapag may reflection layer) sa max parang it depends.. base sa inyong experience kailan pwedeng gamitin yung fresnel reflection at kailan hindi.

Eto sir baka makatulong sa queeries mo

you can save a camera view or any settings. Just save it in a scene state. If you need to go to the previous state of the scene, just restore the previous state you have just save.

2. IES light
I have followed ronel (render master tutorial) duon sa IES but the light never showed up. im using vray physical camera.... any comment what might be the problem?

play on intensity

3. i have seen some her just using max camera, but some are using vray physical camera... ano sa palagay nyo ang mas magandang gamitin...

you can use both base on your taste, bt take note, vray physical cam is good to use especially in exterior with vraysky combination.

4. whenever im using vray sky, bakit nagiging sobrang white sya?
to use vray sky, be sure to have vrayphysical cam para maganda. pag lagay mo ng vray sun, accept the default na malagay ang vraysky sa environment slot mo. then put your vrayphysical cam. create material, press 8 then drag your vraysky sa isang material slot mo. Then modify the material slot with vray sky. Tick manual sun node, and sa sun node pree mo iyong box nya then point iyong vraysun target.....then paly on amount setting

5. how can i have a render (the same viewport size) and the same na nakikita ko sa viewport ko?

press shift F to show the safe frame, from there adjust the size at common render dialog box option.

6. fresnel reflection... (sa vray sU automatic naming ginagamit kapag may reflection layer) sa max parang it depends.. base sa inyong experience kailan pwedeng gamitin yung fresnel reflection at kailan hindi.

fresnel reflection is good to use kapag maraming naka expose na reflections sa render mo. say galss and stainless material, pero kung konti lang like small glass etch... wag mo na lang gamitin nag fresnel reflections, kase dagdag time iyan sa render.

salamat po... Smile

good luck then....

sa ies i played with intensity lumitaw na sya... so again i do beleive like in vraySu, this is due to vrayphysical camera, kasi nga naman malakas ang vray sun, so the Physical camera will kinda counterweight it... therefore kapag ginamit sya pati exposure ng self emitting materials at ies ay dapat taasan din... salamat sa inyong dalawa ulit.... sa question 1,4,5... i will look at it. thanks again mga guru. wag kayong magsasawa ha...

when you want to pan on your camera view sir, press "P" first to go on perspective view mode, then press "C" if you want to go back again on camera mode.. this is what i do everytime i want to go over my model on pers. mode

2. IES light
I have followed ronel (render master tutorial) duon sa IES but the light never showed up. im using vray physical camera.... any comment what might be the problem?

problem might be on the intensity sir.. some IES files doesnt have the same light bursts...

3. i have seen some her just using max camera, but some are using vray physical camera... ano sa palagay nyo ang mas magandang gamitin...

it depends sir... case to case basis... but for me IMHO i often use max camera... easy to use

4. whenever im using vray sky, bakit nagiging sobrang white sya?

the vray sky depends on your vray sun.. the higher the angle of the sun.. the more light it produces... otherwise lower down your vray sun intensity... you can start sir on 0.05 multiplier (this comes with a normal camera sir...)

5. how can i have a render (the same viewport size) and the same na nakikita ko sa viewport ko?

use safe frame sir...

6. fresnel reflection... (sa vray sU automatic naming ginagamit kapag may reflection layer) sa max parang it depends.. base sa inyong experience kailan pwedeng gamitin yung fresnel reflection at kailan hindi.

same as master ronel's advice sir... but i dont use this often if its not needed

kahit pala parehong vray (su at max) andami ring difference... so yan muna... marami pang susunod hehehehe.

salamat po... Smile

erick salamat sa mga advise mo... tama galing ng hint mo sa panning. so in the end hindi ko na gagalawin yung camera nayun.. i think th emore i paly with max, the more i could see the workflow thanks again. duon sa vray camera against vray camera.. siguro ng max camera muna ako hanggang sa maging gamay na ako.. then unti unti siguro yung vray physical camera..

no problem sir.. regarding sa vray cam.. its more like using the actual camera... that goes with shutter speed, zoom factor etc. that needs more attention, kase if not used wisely your render will look dim or overbright... thumbsup

tama ka na naman duon ka erick. thats why simplify muna talaga.. ganun din yung advise sa vray su. pero when it goes to the sun daw. its better to use vray physical camera. yung susunod kong test nito ay without using vray camera, night scene naman.

hmmmm... re: vray cam sir... if the scene is mid day sir.. vray cam is best to use... pwede nya kontrolin ung brightness ng scene... thru exposure control... normal cam nga lang muna gamitin mo ser.. hehehe... play along din ser with intensity... kaya mo yan ser.. im user yakang yaka mo yan... sisiw...
