To add to kunito's excellent grouping tutorial, you "can also attach to group".

That means you can also include another object to a finished group so it becomes part of that group.

additional lang sa mga sinabi nila pwede rin ang nested groupings or group/s with in a group.... meaning multiple group sa loob ng isang group... very nice tut sir.. 2thumbsup

Thanks sa tutorial, pero paano mag explode nang isang goup object na isa lang ang layers???, at hindi ma click ang ungroup, detach at explode??. Rolling Eyes

Here I created a simple script that I used in my daily task.
Since I always used groups specially for scenes that a lot of furniture options.

This script is for opening and closing multiple groups inside groups in just one click.
Please feel free to feedback for me to enhance.

How to used:
Maxscript > Run Script > reygerali_OpenCloseMultiGroups.mse > open.

My script does not help your issue.
Your model is not a group its collapse.
This one should solve your problems.
