Proposed Hotel Facade Facelift

share ko lang po personal project ko,,,its a hotel facade facelift po, gusto kasi ng owner takpan ng aluminum composite panel ang existing facade nito, (pebbles ang finish),,,c n c's are welcome po,,as usual modelled and rendered in max2009 + PS

kita sa context picture. lagay mu tong ganito, tapos may poste sa gilid... hehehehe.
also im not sure if cladding is really a good choice of material with the inn and hotel.. lalo na parang hinid naman business hotel. parang nagiging office like or commercial space like banks.. para sa akin hotel should look more inviting and relaxing... imho bro. pero syempre sabi ng owner eh...

@ sir nomer & jarul - tama kayo,,medyo nagmukhang commercial pero iniisip kasi nung owner is yung maintenance and mabilisan na facelift, so aluminum cladding ang trip niya.,,anyway,,,thanks!

i think ok naman ung cladding for wall ng isang establishment na ganito,like sogo they use cladding like this,imho di lang gaano lumabas ung dating na aluminum cladding bro...kunting tweak pa sa reflection,nice render btw bro...good design aswell,keep it up!

sir the render is perfect only the design....medyo di kasi nagmukhang hotel/inn/hostel, it's more on industrial/commercial but anyway pwede nyo pa naman ipropose ng ibang design...baka sakali magbago ang isip ng client pag nakita ibang design nyo sir...keep it up sir (please bear with my comments)

very nice rendering sir whey09,, realistic tlaga ang dating sakin.. pero sori po ah, medyo off po sakin un design for a hotel (imho), masbabagay po ang cladding design sa commercial but still rendering is superb, keep it up sir.
