Facade FACELIFT with Additiona View

Mabuhay CGPINOY!! I just wanna share my latest render, a facade and interior renovation with an extension of front wall to accomodate bigger room!!! C&C nalang po!! thanks in advance!!!

shadow lang bro medyo di maganda sa presentation(sa print) kung madilim yung bahay na tadtad ng mga shadows nawawala yung ganda ng design. At yung liwanag sa right side malapit sa roof parang hindi dapat maliwanag. (siguro reflection ng glass sa windows kaya maliwanag kung tama ako) saka yung bump sa road malalaki.

nice rendering kabayan, naliliitan lang ako sa column mo kasi medyo heavy ang roof..

thanks bro for the comment actually its just an experimentation not meant for print out as some other cgpips here they do it for drama!!! its a rush render actually i was not able to correct some flaws!!! i'll try to make update if my time pa hehehe noted po!!

Thanks kabayan!! yap maliit nga yon column it was the choice of the owner and thats the existing column!!! only the part with corner window was touch aside from painting!!

may tama ka....nanibago lang ako sa roof...hehe..malupit ka talaga padi...

add ko lang sir bons, yung horizon mo masyadong mataas sa background, nakikita yung tubig (correct me if i'm wrong)
mas maganda siguro sir post mo yung actual pic, para malaman yung babaguhin.

adjust konti yung size ng 2 cars, kase kung sa actual na baka mahirapan yung magbubukas sa driver seat..hehehe..and oo agree ako sa column medyo maliit..dapat di lang design ang isipin natin pati structural na rin.. (",)

Noted po agree ako!!! kaso existing na po yan at di na pinagalaw ng may-ari so yon yon ginawa ko lang extension lang!!

napakalupit naman to!!!GRRRR ang galing.

galing sir. ganda ng simplicity ng structure (though i didn't like the stone cladding, personal preference, siguro nagsawa lang ako sa color) but nevertheless the idea that it's cladded on that same spot is an accent that this structure can't do without.

but what i really love about this (render-wise), buhay na buhay kalsada.
i'll probably bug you about the map and bump material of this one.

and the house just made me love quatro aguas - GI roof sheets again. no fancy gi tegula roof mimics, no special roof tiles. just plain and simple corrugated roof, and it's so alive, it's really there.

ganda, sobra.
