Facade Redesign - 4 schemes showing existing and proposed

Good day CGP,
Posting another work. Hope you guys like it. The design limit was to retain most of the roof since it is still new (2 years only) so if you notice, I did not meddle on the existing roof design very much.The client likes scheme 3 best. Another scheme will be on its way but I am still waiting for the client's comments.

Kindly notify me if there are any loading issues, the image sizes are slightly high and I can lower them if requested. Thanks.

scheme 3 looks alright, if you wish that type of character, then forget the existing roof design parang hindi match, i think if you change the roof of the scheme 3 would be very nice.. just be carefull of the massing.. rendering is alright medyo madilim lang.. Imho lang lahat ito sir ha..

For the roof, as stated in the design criteria, I can't change or remove the existing roof design. The development of the character was for scheme 1 I maintained the 1800's design character found in the Berkshire area but the client did not like it, so for scheme 2 and 3, I tried something different and introduced a modern eclectic design. I am not a big fan of combining styles as well, but the client loves scheme 3. Its all about taste I guess, and me as a designer has to satisfy his vision.

For the rendering, Maybe it was my lighting composition, I tried to make the foreground darker through shadows to highlight the building. I'll improve on it the next time.

Thank you sir. for the grass, I used igrass models and scattered them using GW Lite. For the trees, I used archmodels.

Thank you Sir. My work flow is 3dsmax-vray-then CS3 for post processing.
