thanks for the INFO. this will work if your lens have a focus distance display. other wise when you are shooting you have to take a tape measure and the all the calculation.

other way to get to focus are the FF:
1.focus on 1/3 at the bottom of the frame.
2.make use of the Depth of field preview Button. most of us neglect and dont used this
3. use your Live view if your camera has one. to get to that very sharp focus

best works for me is the focus on 1/3 combine with the DOF preview botton.
