i like the design.. sir v's comments are very very good.. just to add.. sana mas maganda ung mga textures and forms ng trees na nasa harapan. or the ones framing the scene... un lang po sakin sir noel. rendering wise.. perfect for me.

Re: Split Level w/ settings
I hope Noel allow me some space.
know I have seen this before and this reminded me of something that I have always wanted to say but always forget to.
Speaking of 3d peeps - I see a lot of its misuse in the forums, most of the times - it calls for more attention that it actually requires - and when the deficiencies in the textures or posing becomes more evident, the look becomes boring and dull!
Remember that the sole purpose of 3d people in 3d architectural renderings are actually two-fold:
One is to give the impression that the space is inhabitable, that people interact in the particular space.
Second is to serve as visual clues to the overall scale.
Which means - you do not really need to show the people in their textured glory to accomplish the PURPOSES above/
So how to do it:
Do it like PAKUNAT. No need to show them fully textured. You can just show the silhouttes as semi transparent glass objects if you need to do it in 3D. Or use photos of people and apply a bit of opacity.
The idea is to show how humans relate to the space in terms of scale and activity and at the same time minimize the attention (these people would bring) so the eyes get focused on the architectural beauty of the composition. So remember : I am not saying that what I say should be the standard, If your 3d peeps look boring - there are other ways to make them work. I've mentioned them above.
I totally dig pakunat's use of PEOPLE in renderings! We can all learn from him.
