nice render sir.. here are some of my comments...
1. apply textures or bumps maybe on the colored finishes... if its cement painted there must be some bumps IMHO.
2. bit bright on the sun's intensity.
3. shadow casted on the brick @ the 2nd level seems blurred... maybe its just on the brick materials.
4. change the color of the car... coincide with the structures color...
thats it... good luck on your next project...
