W/c is best, Windows XP 64bit SP2 or Windows Vista 64bit?

I used to work in XP64 (Model & Render), but up-until software compatibility with Vista 64 met up, just then I moved up, & it did not disappoint my expectations, I now use XP64 only for net renders.
