district hospital redevelopment

im a fifth year student but unluckily sa last year pa ako nadali dahil sa pag approve ng thesis title and none my batch mate will graduate this year, anyway...my main problem now is on how to start my study about sa redevelopment ng district hospital..(existing one storey hospital siya)..hindi naman pwedeng mag extend ng lote on the abutting areas kasi road na agad sa paligid tapos plaza na sa harap, possible na lang kayang iextend ko vertically?? or annex

ps.
hindi ko pa po natanong sa arch/engineer ng existing hospital kung kaya ng poste na magextend ng upward
newbie po ako,pasensya na po sa tanong.

i believe same sa makati med etong problem, before, basement to 2nd floor lng tlga ang allotted plan ng makati med, till nag extend sila vertically and created new columns.. pwede to,, new column but make sure na wlang tatamaang critical areas na ppwedeng ikahirap ng hospital management. plus annex for mothernity and infants,, or ung doctors clinic pwede mo din sila ihiwalay..

salamat po   ...na enlighten ako, nahirapan po kasi ako kung sakaling hindi kaya ng existing columns na mag second floor since pwede palang magdagdag ng floors through erecting new columns itutuloy ko na magplano..salmat po...open po ako for suggestions

suggestion ko lang sir aralin nyo kung paano icoconstruct by phase yung redevelopment - "phasing" kumbaga. pwede naman siguro unti untiin. good luck kaya mo yan!

add ko na din sir, kung di ka makapag extend upward, why not extend downward.  at least may options

hindi kaya mahirapan ako dun sir? pero subukas ko sir
