Question about Professional Practice Empty Re: Question about Professional Practice

They are paying for the that together with the services of an architect. Of course meron right.

Sila ang author of the plan. Nandyan ang pangalan nila as owner, dyan ang pangalan ng architect and engineer as the one who did the plan.

Medyo magulo ang question mo, ano ang goal mo for this question?

If iba ang may-ari ng plan, iba ang owner na nakalagay, wala silang right to have it.

"copyright ownership and ownership copy".

there will always be 1 only original of any plans, a client can only request a copy or in pinas a blueprint copy of any plans.
the originals are the intellectual property of the architect. UAP documents has a lot of similarity with AIA documents.
if a copy is requested by client, a client can do so at any time, and not the originals.
he originals remains with the architect. the originals itself is not a valid document, its just like the ink and tracing paper used,
it can only become once sealed and signed, the originals are instrument of service.
