Setback

I'm having trouble with my chosen site for an agribusiness training center, there is an existing (dried) creek on it so I just wanted to know if there's a required setback from the creek? and as much as possible I wanted integrate it to my design.

yup there is. depende sa size ng creek at regulation ng area. usually it's 5m-10m. maganda dyan gawing boardwalk or garden.

Problema ko rin po kasi 2 creeks po yun tapos nagcombine po sa isang point  kaya po i decided na i-stilts yung srtucture ko dahil sa limited space na pwede kong pagtayuan ng building ko since hindi ko po ma-achieve yung 10 m distance (15 meters wide po yung widest width nung creek).. naghahanap po ako ng DENR policies or regulations tungkol dun kaso wala po akong makita.
