Residential Condominium Queries

I am doing a design for a high rise condominium. now my problem is i am not sure if my spaces for the typical floors are already complete. I would like to hear from you guys. as of now,my spaces (typical floors only) are:

1.Residential Units
2.Lifts and Lift lobby
3.Fire Exits
4.Water meter room
5.EE Room
6.Garbage chute

I would also like to know what is the average size/Dimension for the Pipe chase? And the average dimensions of columns?, my project is approximately 50 storeys high by the way, and i did my columns .50m x 1m. is it too small or too big? thank you very much all your response will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
