Bachelors Pad Proposal

Hi Again CGP
I made this proposal for my Boss and he likes the ceiling in orange and crocodile skin . I posted it for any suggestions to make my render more effective. nag improved talaga ako compare sa mga old renders ko, many thanks to CGP tutorials and comments from the Masters.
(San kaya mkakuha ng CGP shirt hehe.. anyone from Dubai supplying that shirt hehe )
