Proposal fee

Sir, Tanong ko lang po magkano po ba ang normal na bayad kung design proposal lang at paano ang proseso. design lang po ang service ko walang sign and seal pure design lang po.sana may makatulong sa akin. design proposal stage pa lang. andito kasi ako sa abroad kaya hindi ako makapag sign and seal sa project. actually if you are a licensed architect(are you?) there is no such thing as proposal fee instead a professional fee, otherwise it is a different arrangement between you and the client..hope it helps

ah yes sir tama professional fee. pero nilagay ko kasi proposal fee kasi gusto ko malaman din paano and methods of compensation kung proposal palang ang ibibigay mo.kasi alam ko may bayad na yung proposal (kung hindi po ko nag kakamali). license po ako pero hindi ako makakasign at seal kasi andito ako sa abroad bale design lang ang gagawin.salamat po pasensiya na kasi nasa civil works ako kaya hindi ko kabisado yung mga proseso hehe. salamat marami

a proposal fee is an initial fee based on your initial service for a particular client which should not exceed 75% the equivalent percentage of a professional fee on the preliminary design stage.(to set ex.let say your professional fee is 100T which correspond to architects professional serices break down into different stages of design which includes the preliminary design stage,,take the corrisponding % of this design stage and 75% of that is your proposal fee...hope you got it and helps.
