Problem on 3d smax 2011 64 bit version

can anyone help my problem regarding my OS, i'm installing windows vista 64bit version,
but when i try to run 3dsmax 2011 64 bit, a net framework error will appear, i try to turn off and on
but again same problem will appear can anyone help me!!! thanks!!!!

download and install the latest microsoft.net framework
