Re: Solution for Raytrace Messages?
Afaik, this prompt msg came out if you have an Object in your Scene that has Standard mat with Sharp Reflections. I have encountered this one as well and same like you not on all scenes. Honestly, I am not so sure BUT I stand corrected.
Any other ideas mga Masters...

Re: Solution for Raytrace Messages?
keep all your materials are vray mats.. maybe you get some material that is standard material with raytrace reflection on it..maybe! i suggest apply 1st vay mats on all object then start individual mats every object!!hehe..sana may sense..
Re: Solution for Raytrace Messages?
as i the your posted image with mesage, it has nothing to do with your material. to fixed it up follow this
FIRST - bring back your default renderer to scanline, then go to render setup dialog box ( press 10), then go to raytracer and untick SHOW MESSAGE, it will found just below.
SECOND - return now your vray as your default renderer...

good luck

Re: Solution for Raytrace Messages?
makulit talaga yang raytrace message na yan kahit unticked na ung 'show messages,' 'enable raytracing,' at 'zero - maximum depth.' the trick is as what Butz mentioned, replace all raytrace mats to vray mats.

bro nangyari sa akin yan minsan nagcrash pa! ang ginawa ko just pick the merge objects that previously rendered in scanline then right click then pick the vray scene converter then click ok! im pretty sure lahat nang objects na yan well turn to vray!
