some ways, select whichever is applicable:
1. convert all you materials to vray
2. or return back to your default scanline renderer, under Raytracer -->> Raytracer Global parameters , turn off SHoW MESSAGES, then return your renderer to Vray again

a temporal solution would be to switch to 'activeshade' (from 'production') in 'render setup.' then go to 'raytracer' panel, then untick 'show messages.' then switch back to 'production' mode again. if you have not converted all your materials to vray then the message will appear again after reopening the file.
