Question to pinoy architects

Well, what I know is that money doesn't matter so much lalo na sa mga artistic persons, but let's be real here, how's the architects on our country? are they doing good? and one of the biggest question is, what is their salary? it will be nice if someone could give a comparison on their salary abroad and local.
