Pangarap kong bahay

Mga master share k lng s inyo dream house ko in future pero bka hanggang pangarap lng to. Komento po mula s inyo ay mluwag
kung tatanggapin pra mpaganda p lalo ang gawa ko...Rendering and Design...S San fernando city of Pampanga po site nito.
Avida po pero s tingin ko di papasa s municipality s design requirements...modify k n lng...hope u like it........

una sa lahat ang linis ng rendering. Bago ang comment ay nais ko munang i-qoute tong sinabi mo: "Komento po mula s inyo ay mluwag
kung tatanggapin pra mpaganda p lalo ang gawa ko"

At eto ang komento ko:

Ano ba yung tatlong slab na magkakapatong dun sa taas? may room ba in between niyan, kasi kung wala, mas mabuti pang tanggalin na lang yan. bukod sa nagiging mabigat tingnan ang part na yan ng building, ay walang silbi ang feature na yan. Dagdag pa sa gastos. Pwede mo siyang palitan ng ibang type ng accent....yung mas magaan and at the same time ay useful din sa structure.

Pati na rin yung overhang na nasa pagitan ng garahe at ng entrance, paki tweak din siya, parang weird lang ang pagkakalagay sa kanya.

check scale ng car sa 1st image, parang malaki yata.

Sa rendering, ayos na ayos, super linis at ok din ang composition.

Thanks s pagdaan bro..Well nilabas k lng ang laro ng imahinasyon ko s isip and I dont want to trap my mind when it comes to Design. Ito ung una sketch n lumabas s isip ko at wla po ako mgagawa kung ito tlga ang result.Ganito tlga ako mag design sir eh...Heres my recipe of Design Floating walls,Mighty Cantilevers,play with volumes,Interlacing Glass,Simplicity of colors,shadows and play of lighting...well up to now the battle of Design and Practicallity is still thre panahon pa ni Le corbusier and Frank lloyd nandyan n yan...I understand po...I go with unique and originality of my design..Thanks aniwe mtagal p nmn to eh..Im sure mdami pang option...slamts din s suggestion try k rin i revise bka may mganda p

ayos ang renderring sir,,,regarding naman sa design i have two questions.

1. Location of entrance door
2. Balcony po ba yung nasa taas ng carport? or fake balcony lang po sya,,

regarding naman po sa design requirements para sa municipality ng SFP, cguru main issues lang naman is setbacks,,pero i can see no problem naman with your design kaya im sure approve ito

nice play with forms bro. I just don't like the idea that "wala ka ng magawa on what you first thought of." It's not a good attitude for designers like us. always improve and innovate, rethinking doesn't ruin the originality of the work. it produces a masterpiece.

try mo din pala add ng vraydirt ung white bro. para litaw ang edges kahit maliwanag. Overall its a good job. lalo na ung second image. Keep it up bro!

Slmat po s commnts sir...Di p kc kompleteo ang Floor plan nito up to now pinag iisipan k p Entrance nito...Hehehe tingo k n nga nkita m p hehehe...Tma din po kyo Fake balcony or Planters po yan s harap...Kc bro may motif kc ang Avida eh kya iniisip ko may signature design sila....slamt hah s susunod po....

and As I have said I want to start my scratch on these if ever avida requires american style,,,modify k n lng po.

imho lang- i agree with arkimd sir...dont defend na ganun talaga ang kinalabasan...kasi we are in design world..then u stated that maluwang mo tatagapin ang comment but i think ur not agreed with his constructive critics...then u mention frank lloyd wright u know the design philosophy of FLW sir? FORMS FOLLOW FUNCTION yung patong patong na slab s taas sir... i think it doesnt do anything with frank lloyd designs...u have forms but i thinks sir there are no function at all....post more sir....

Mga master wag po sna ninyo ma mis interpret ang sinabi ko na 'wla n akong magagwa kc yan ang lumabas na design sa isip ko ' explain k lng ang quote n to...What i mean what comes in my mind is I draw and express it only. I dont like the attitude n 'wag n lng ganyan wla nmn yan use yan eh at wag m n tong gawin bka di pwede. I dont like to trap my mind and I let my mind flow. otherwise wla k ng mabubuong design. At mangyayari manggagaya n lng tayo pls respect nmn on that. anyway, Le corbusier is one of my role models. I dont like frank floyd wright except for his johnson wax bldg. I think both do not belong to the same genre of design principles. I'll try to read on that more..

Ok lang yan sir austria, at least we are exchanging ideas...ok lang naman maging wild tayo sa design, since yun ang work natin. Pero, dapat isipin din natin habang nagdedesign, kung yung gagawin ba natin madaling i-maintain? kung, ito ba ay maiibigan ng ating client? I have nothing against your idea, more on just inquiring lang naman kung may purpose yung isang architectural element na nasa isang structure.

In my current office, madalas wild ang mga design ideas ng mga designers namin, pero, kahit gaano pa man ka unique yung mga gawa nila, sinisimplify nalang in the end, due to many factors.

Looking forward sa magiging final outcome nitong gawa mo sir...

expalain k n rin kung bakit sya nbuo s isip ko n may 3 slabs s roof ko...When i sketch my design I found out n may vertical
element in the middle so I was thinking to break it with horizontal elements...so ayon nbuo ung concept n may 3 slabs on top..so I let my mind to flow kc alam ko I revise k nmn eh...Slamat sir arkiedmund naintindihan m ako...cge po pkita k po latest design nto...God bless everybody
