confused about drafting scales!! Draftinginmm

di mo pwede indicate na 1:100m ang drawing scale mo pag ang dimension mo is millimeters, you can do that by using UNITS command or UN (shortcut command), then change it to meters.

Meter man o millimeter, it's still 1:100. as long as 1:100 ang ratio. meaning, 1 meter sa plan is 100 meters sa actual. kahit saan mo man iconvert na units. km, m, cm, mm...

kaya naglalagay ng ng scale 1:100, 1:50, 1:25, etc, etc, para alam sa site kung anong scale gagamitin nila kapag susukatin ang plano, kaya nga minsan may naka lagay na "not to scale" which means wala sa scale yung drawing,

in my opinion huh? very misleading kasi pag millimeters ang dimension mo pero ang naka-indicate na scale is meters, iba pa rin ang 1.00m sa 1000mm kaya kung millimeters din ang dimension eh dapat millimeters din yung naka-indicate na scale. Very Happy

architect ka ba sir? just a question, puede mong sagutin puede ring hindi

- Isa pa as sir Bokkins stated " Meter man o millimeter, it's still 1:100. as long as 1:100 ang ratio. meaning, 1 meter sa plan is 100 meters sa actual. kahit saan mo man iconvert na units. km, m, cm, mm... "

- another thing wala namang metric scale na nakalagay 1:100mm, or 1:1000mm

This is a big No-no.

1m= 1000mm= 100cm

@rendermaster: yes, you're correct at that pati din kay sir bokkins.. siguro may mali lang ako sa statement ko anyway what i mean is pag dating sa detailing ng dimension eh naka decimal type, ex. 3.00m, 3.50m, 4.75m, etc. instead of 3000, 3500, 4750, etc.
