Good job on this one! Effective ang mix and match mo dito. Kahit may mga over the top design elements, ok lang kasi realistic ang dating. May mga ganitong design talaga. Suggestion ko lang in the future, try to organize your concept and reflect it sa design.

Pero don't worry, patok naman to. Keep it up!

-kulang sa signage para malaman na hospital, IMHO lng
-may mga element na pang commercial establishment, IMHO lng

Rendering wise ang galing.

I like the horizontals & verticals that you have put together. Talagang Architectural ang dating! Nice lighting too! Comment ko lang yung canopy Bro., mas maganda kung extended at gawin mong massive ito para bumagay sa ibang elements mo. Overall ay 2 thumbs up!

salamat sir bokks.. medyo nasobrahan nga yata ng design.. nagenjoy lang nung ngdedesign.. hehe.. noted sir try ko po sa susunud naming plate.. ( salamat din pala sa sky sir bokks gamit ko yung sayo.. hehe )

O.T - ano area ninyo sa uap sir bokks? last time kasi nag area assembly yung area A sa pampanga inaabangan namin kayo dun.. kaso wala kayo o baka iba area ninyo.. hehe.. thanks ulit!

There are elements sa composition mo na i think surplus na...you should know when your design is already full..try to be more conservative for future projects .ika nga " less is more " .. pero very nice naman over all presentation i congratulate you for that ..
