What to do with these kind of people

I don't know if this is the right thread to post this. Mga mods pai move na lang... I just want to voice out my disgust over these people who earn a living by using others work as their own. Pare-pareho naman tayo naghahanapbuhay, ayaw lumaban ng patas...See the posted picture, baka na "hijack" din gawa nyo... TSK, tsk.... The work taken from my profile is the yellow house (2nd line, third image). I assume the other images were "stolen" from other people's site as well.

This is not the first time a cgp member's work has been hi-jack... one example si Sir Jarul yung gawa nya hinay-jack ng isang firm... pinoy nga naman... di talaga maiiwasan ang ganyan kasi internet era na tayo madaling mang kidnap ng render ng iba, best advise is always water mark your work it's your right. better to move this thread.

kaya nga mga sir...may mga nakikita din akong post dito na nakaadvetise sa ibang sites..

well,i suggest na bago tayo magpost ng kung ano man,eh maglagay tayo ng mga watermark,signature sa mga works natin na malapit sa subject,,kasi kung sa may bandang lower left or lower right lang ng image, ico-crop lang nila yun..tulad nung kay sir jesrael na mga watermark.

Yup the best suggestion is to watermark in fine details, or like some manual renderers do, put your signatures as part of your renders on non-conspicuous places para may ebidensya ka

sad to say parang mahina ang batas ng intellectual property rights sa pinas.as far as i know if you want to secure your design kailangan yata may patent where in may bayad. kailangan may kalalagyan ang magnanakaw na yan.Tama si vhycheng watermarks nalang.

kaya ingat nalang kayo lagi,mark always your work...

nakakalungkot naman...may mga taong ganyan...pinaghihirapan natin eh sila ang nakikinabang...

mahirap implement yung (IPL) Intellectual Property Law sa atin. Walang will yung sa taas.siguro maganda talaga lagyan ng watermark na hindi pwedeng iedit.
