Help me make this material

GUys patulong naman sa paggawa ng material na to..texture siya over another diffuse texture..in Vray I think puwede yung VRayBlendMtl pero ang gusto ko sana yung shadows lang maapektuhan..Pano ko kaya magagawa to within sa material editor,no post editing, patulong guys..thanks

Sa Photoshop what I did is I just made a new layer set to multiply to the above image using a pencil sketchy texture sa mga shaded areas ..Bale gusto ko sana gawin nalang siya within 3dmax's material editor..

I think you are refering to vray toon.

Try to use blend in 3ds max... halos same procedure lang naman sya ng vrayblend....! btw you're using mental ray or vray???
