Proposed 2-Storey Residence (updates)

First topic message reminder :

A long and very busy months post nga ako ulit and try ko ulit ang exterior medyo kalawang na....design and render by me. proposed two story residence ito sa davao but yet haven't finish the whole design. I was thinking to change the second floor and converted it entirely into sloped roof. baka di magustuhan ng client ang box type na bahay. any suggestion sa design would be very helpful.....

pansin ko nga keiko...archi lang din nagkakagusto sa ganitong klase ng bahay....salamat sa pagdaan...

Parang hindi residential and I agree mainly nga kulang sa ventilation. Kung centralized ac, talo ka sa power consumption, dagdagan mo na Lang window openings and maybe add louvers. Nice rendering by the way.

thanks sa pagdaan si sherwin, noted sinabi nyo..pero yung both side ng house may malaking louvered windows so pag pass by lang yung hanging ang 3000mm yung height ng ceiling from ground floor and 2700mm sa second floor which i think kaya naman maka accomodate ng init sa loob...

you can try to add in your scene, or maybe praktisan mo ito,

1. adding hdri
2. vray lighting
3. vray proxy(for greeneries)

dyan ka magsimula, ilan pa lang ito sa techniques, and lahat yan natalakay na dito sa tambayan...hagilapin mo lang sa tutorial section natin...tyaga tyaga lang...kung may problem google mo...magkakaroon yan ng sagot...Good luck!!!
