Proposed 2-Storey Residence (updates)

A long and very busy months post nga ako ulit and try ko ulit ang exterior medyo kalawang na....design and render by me. proposed two story residence ito sa davao but yet haven't finish the whole design. I was thinking to change the second floor and converted it entirely into sloped roof. baka di magustuhan ng client ang box type na bahay. any suggestion sa design would be very helpful.....

This is a nice concept bro... nice rendering too...
I always prefer this concept but in my experience most filipino client prefers with classic touch. But you can convinced them...

its kinda plain on the 2nd floor dude... kung walang problema sa budget, try mo dagdagan pa ng chuchu's sa harap... mukhang maluwag naman sa harap, gawa ka ng feature garden, tapos may nude sculpture mo... hehehe joke... i would suggest also having roof (as what you thought also) pang 2nd scheme mo na un... para lang may choices pa sya... nice render by the way... aylabet!!!

yung second floor fafi gusto ko yung mga modernism ni sir norman foster e saka richard meier kaya naging flat yung wall sa harap pero yun nga mukhang babagsak ako sa sloped roof. yung garden nga iniisip ko bagay sa may modern touch tapos japanese garder, di ba... anyway, bibigyan ko yung client ng two scheme para malaman kung ano gusto nya talaga....initial pa rin naman......loko ka talaga baka di ma approved yung design pag nilagyan ko ng sculpture ko....salamat sa pagdaan...

Nice work Sir, mas ok din gawa ka ng second option with roof for this sir, kasi mostly sa atin sa pinas prefer nila yung homey but then again it depend on the client.

i like the design, simple yet for me it rocks!!!! rendering is superb sir ironman, ay, sir norman pala( nahawa ako kay ortzak,hehe)

kung ako lang approved na ang design na yan, kaso un nga di natin alam sa owner..
konting lang ang nakaka appreciate ng ganyang design..
