hI CGPIPS.Its been a long time without post here.Went from vacation & busy from the office.so i decide to made this duplex type house for practise, dagdag na din sa portfolios.sorry sa mga flaws.Hope you like it.Cad modelled rendering max2009 vray.thanks thumbsup

comments
- low res sky
- daming sunog na parts
- nawala yung mga maps ng mga halaman sa ground
- grass is almost black na
- better road map and road mapping
- way too sharp
- elevate mo yung ground floor line ng bahay from the walkway
- leaks
- eye level cam
- remove the lovers,and check also the scale,mas mataas pa sila sa door
- yung wall lamp sa terrace,sana pareha nalng dun sa carport
