comment nalang ako sa rendering since design comments nasabi napo. unang tingin akala ko po picture lalo na yung maroon na car. galing nyo po talaga master. 1 comment lang po. medyo natabangan lang po ako sa reflection ng mga windows. nice work po.

hindi po yan sir tapos napo yan... 10 storey lang yan sa katipunan sir cor. kalayaan....construction drawing pa lang...

so i guess your project is higher and bigger than that. so ikaw din ba architect ng nasa avatar mo? kung ikaw yung principal architect, what is the name ang the location of your office, if you dont mind me asking? malay mo baka malapit lang din mga personal projects ko dyan. thanks

First about the design ,aprubado na po ng owner to sir with full satisfaction, tapos na ngang tumayo yung structural nito, this is not a mixture of different elements, kung mapapansin nyo, building sides are only more on verticals and horizontals. I can't understand you kung anong character at identity ang gusto nyo, hinpdi po ba mukhang commercial and residential to? Sa inyo po ano?

Well, kung approve ng owner, so be it... and don't get me wrong, your structure indeed is a commercial/ residential...
Sabi ko actually is "different elements, of different genre" the genre here means architectural genre... maraming genre actually, example: we have gothic, romanesque, rennaissance etc... but that's the olden times... sa ngayon we just refer to it as classical... and we have modern/ contemporary, neo-classical ek ek etc....
What you have here really is a fusion of different genre... if you look at your main structure & roofing its a villa type, a reminiscent of a caribbean architecture, tile roof and stucco finish but since we're not using stucco we use concrete instead... sa florida halos ganyan din style dun... and if you look at your windows specially yung sa corner and the railing, it's of modern/comtemporary design... the moulding you have there is of classical... and the trellis... japanese? mexican?
Fusion is ok but you have to define the character... the identity... thats the key there


Second yung stone finish. Sadya po talaga yan sir, thats owner's suggestion, at may point din naman. Nakaangat para daw hindi dumihin yung baba ng stone tuwing uulan,kaya may base, at hindi rin color white yung base kc nga dumihin ang color white sa base, according to them.

For the stone, if you could use a smoother stone na medyo malaki konti yung tiling, not the rough ones... and of a darker color IMHO

Third yung ilaw, agree po ako sa inyo sir. Palitan ko na lang siguro ng ibang wall lamp na naka angat or pwede rin tanggalin yung moulding, i'll think for that sir. Sasabihin ko rin sa kanila. Tnx.
Fourth yung column, if you are aware about engineering economy sir, thats my point. D na po kailangang mag aksaya ng cemento at bakal kung napakagaan naman ng binunuhat. I don't think makakaapekto ng malaki sa design.

About sa column, i did say, you just build it up... you can add CHB, all around your structural column to add volume, para malaki sya tingnan, or even use boards thats meant to be used outdoors to beef the column... and that doesn't cost much...

And lastly, yung window, railings, at trellis na parang pinilit i fit. Isang simpleng kasagutan lang sa akin sir, paki imagine na lang yung structure pag tanggalin natin yung window, railings, at trellis.

just want to share my thoughts. personally i don't impose strict architectural character or styles on my designs. maliban nalang kong sinabihan talaga ako ng client. for me as long as functional and proportion lahat ng mga elements na linagay and of course dapat may pagka unique din sana ang design. tama na wala namang maling design as long as wala ka linabag na batas and safe, pero we should design naman in a way that it is appealing not only to the client but for everyone(we are architects). and dapat talaga e alam natin idefend ang design natin.
regarding your design e ayos naman sya. minsan magkakaiba lng talaga tayo ng ideas! magaling pagkakarender sir
