comment ko lang po yung sinage ngmukang flat lang or pwede pa mainhance..add some pips para mas maging commercial ang approach..but overall ganda ng rendering...

i like the design archt...tama si sir phrang, medyo wash out nga yung mats ng cars...maybe you can also people by means of PS or sa max mismo pero iwasan lang na magmukhang zombie yung mga tao...you can also add road paint lines/marks/pedestrian line etc. to satisfy more the scene...congrats archt..malaking project to
