Hi cgp.. this one is for share... design was made by a very good senior architect here in davao... my contribution goes for the rendering color scheme and presentation... feel free to leave any comment, cnc (very important for me) and ask any questions...

Would like to share this because i really did try very hard to make my own textures for this project. would to explore more on texturing. though medyo kulang pa... practice makes it perfect... explore explore explore... still a lot to learn... (ps. except sa entourage)

problem encountered: my max software keeps on shutting down because of the very high res texture i originally made. so i have no choice but to lower the resolution of each and every textures... if you have some points on this please leave a comment. thank you cgp...
