A Vacation Home-Furlough once again...updated w/ wires and settings
Hi everyone.!Posting once again..Just want to share this updated images.I did this one before for proposal but then after a couple of months the client awarded this to us. Been doing this a week now and still doing some part of the house as well. This are the dining and living together with master bathroom. We did some images for the master bedroom but unfortunately hindi ako ang gumawa kse baka di kami umabot sa initial presentation. but anyway here it is.Hope you guys like it. Of course comments and suggestions are always and most welcome...
Here are the images i did before during the proposal stage. Just some slight variation on the ceiling.

Re: A Vacation Home-Furlough once again...updated w/ wires and settings
The first few images were highly saturated for my taste.
Do not use selective flares on your bright light sources - If you'd place them, make sure that all light sources, whether big or small that pass a certain illumination level should have them.
It's like your typical crossfilter for the dlsrs, if you put them on - expect the same on every bright spot.
Candles on an overlit, broad daylight dining? No need in my opinion, the big bright lights above already served its purpose and adding yellow lit candles quite overboard IMHO. They'd look better on dim, romantic settings (look good on bathrooms too!)
My advice for you is to try role-playing. Imagine yourself in the same room you are rendering - and anything that you wouldn't do, or approve of, take away or feel unecessary, they stand true even in your renderings. It helps, try it.
Lastly, make sure that your elements are placed in a setting that would have contrast, I wouldn't have noticed at first look, the bulb casings for the celiling lights on the last image. The reasons for that are quite obvious - the color of the lights, the casing simply blend in with the colors of the elements behind it.
For the pluses - the angles chosen are perfectly dramatic. I wouldn't comment on your rendering skills as I believe you are already good at it.
