Commercial Building Proposal (updated with wires and settings)

First topic message reminder :

Hi cgp.. this one is for share... design was made by a very good senior architect here in davao... my contribution goes for the rendering color scheme and presentation... feel free to leave any comment, cnc (very important for me) and ask any questions...

Would like to share this because i really did try very hard to make my own textures for this project. would to explore more on texturing. though medyo kulang pa... practice makes it perfect... explore explore explore... still a lot to learn... (ps. except sa entourage)

problem encountered: my max software keeps on shutting down because of the very high res texture i originally made. so i have no choice but to lower the resolution of each and every textures... if you have some points on this please leave a comment. thank you cgp...

para s akin.. ang kulang na lng eh.. more activity s loob ng shops.... lights, people.. tpos ok n ok n sir!!!

Nice!Cool design as well..This going to be sooo nice sa medyo late afternoon setup so you can show all the lights then sillouhette na lng lahat ng tao especially sa second and last shot!

hi sir boyskan... tnx so much.. ill do those if i have a spare time.. gustong gusto ko actually to make more shots sa may hallway neto.. actually ready na ung environment nya pati ung details ng hallway.. kaya lang... deadline comes so tinapos ko na. di ko na nalagyan ng details sa loob ng shops.. tnx for dropping.

hey sir jeff.. tnx for that idea.. would also love to try that out... im planning to get rid of the 3d people and change it to bitmaps just to eliminate the look of the 3d people though cant find better images of people to replace those. any site you might recommend? or points on my idea.. tnx again.. you have always been one of the inspiration of the site.

For me, a nice rendering is something that is almost indistinguishable from a photo. And your renderings are like that Sir! Were if not for those 3d people on the scenes, these could easily pass as pictures!
