Ok na yung rendering and modelling master balong attention to detail nalng kelangan...
yung finishing ng sidewalk dba dapat brushed concrete, entrance nung driveway dapat curve yung curb, yung mga plants dapat nakatanim sa lupa...
Sa design naman, di yata maganda yung stairs e nasa harap, considering na hinaharangan yung mga bintana, unless na gawin mong elaborate or pleasant yung design nya (could cost you extra gastos) you could have the stairs on the side or make common entrance, lobby at stairs on the center of your structure papunta sa 2nd floor units...
