A Vacation Home-Furlough once again...updated w/ wires and settings

Hi everyone.!Posting once again..Just want to share this updated images.I did this one before for proposal but then after a couple of months the client awarded this to us. Been doing this a week now and still doing some part of the house as well.This are the dining and living together with master bathroom. We did some images for the master bedroom but unfortunately hindi ako ang gumawa kse baka di kami umabot sa initial presentation. but anyway here it is.Hope you guys like it. Of course comments and suggestions are always and most welcome...









Here are the images i did before during the proposal stage. Just some slight variation on the ceiling.

@cheesecake-thanks mam. Regarding po sa quiries ninyo, all 3D s are done by me. From modeling,texturing,lighting,upto rendering and final presentation boards. About the concept, we have Design Directors who are responsible for overall project. Im reporting directly to my design director, but we also have FFE designers who are responsible for furniture, fabric, finishes and other accessories available sa market. From them kumukuha ako ng mga finishes and furnitures na pwedeng gamitin sa project based sa project briefing and requirements from the client given to me by the DDs. Cad operators nmn po ako kumukuha ng latest plans approved by the DDs.We also have senior designers, eto medyo tricky ang position. Madalas epal lang to,hehehe excuse me ha. They tend to change the design direction without the DD s permission and its driving me nuts. Its good thing though na medyo matagal na ako sa company and i can go and sit down to clarify things first before doing anything..(Thats driving them nuts too!!)hahaha..
Anyway its just office politics that roaming aroung here sa office.

One area, one view,took me like 2- 3 days from concept to final image. Depende kung maliit lng yung area and medyo modern or contemporary yung design,I can squeeze it to 1 1/2 days to 2. But thats it!Even if i can do faster than that,thats it!hehehe.For the benefits of the team and sa iba pang gumagawa ng 3D dito sa office. Para lahat relax at masaya.hehehe.

Hay ang hirap hanapin ng thread mo ARCHITHEKTHURA. Ive been watching this guy works for a year now and everytime ive seen he's postings is a one of a kind masterpiece. For my observations the two Top of the class get into my taste this guy ARCHITHEKTHURA and the works of the original Natzki.
