great lighting here the design is good also, just a little worried if this is really the corporate design of UCPB.

very nice render, ganda ng sun... coment ko lng parang bahay lng xa, i mean ung feel ay parang isolated residential bldg xa.. pero nice design, ung scene lng tlaga cguro parang malungkot...

--------sir it can be a slab or parapet kung nagtitipid ang owner, discretion niya na sir,
about my BG save ko ng PNG ang final render then automatic na sa PS na wala na yung BG sir,

Nice render. Just to add, I noticed that the glass in your car doesn't refract/reflect. trying to use Vrayblendmtl over your material. =)
