mga master ask lng ako kng paano gwin ung glare ng pin lights sa photoshope na ba un or during rendering just to ask info lng po..salamat po ng marami sa inyo lahat ng makakatulong...

In Photoshop.

Filter > Render > Lens Flare.

tip:

better choose the area by 'elliptical marquee tool' for easy control of the flare.
